Authentic Kensight ® Sights - The Professional's Choice

This is an authentic Kensight ® sight, and not to be confused with other brands. When it comes to durability, and features the Kensight® sights far exceed our competitors. Our sights are Wire-EDM machined from a single billet of 4140 chrome-moly steel. The result is a precision sight built with better materials and the Wire-EDM construction ensures the tightest tolerances possible. This translates to ultra-smooth adjustments, audible clicks for both windage and elevation, and consistent dovetail dimensions in which the "industry standard" CNC construction cannot compete. Backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, Kensight 1911 sights are premium quality and the first choice for factory-fit OEM manufactures, competition shooters and professional's worldwide.

    Replacement Regent R100 1911 Sights

Posted by David on 11th Sep 2020

I was looking for a replacement rear sight for my Regent R100 1911. After speaking with customer service they recommended the Kensight 1911 A1 MIL-SPEC Government Model "GI" Fixed Arctic White Rear Sight. After having my gunsmith replace the sights, I took it to the range this sight is great! Thank you

    Very easy to install

Posted by Mike on 20th Jun 2020

This sight was pretty easy to install. I filed a little bit off at a time and try it -if it was too tight, I would tap it out and file a little more. I like to put a very small bevel on the leading edge of the sight so it doesn't "plow" metal as it is installed. It's also to have an inexpensive bench pad to hold the 1911 slide while installing sights, but a wood block would probably work as well. If you don't have a sight pusher, be sure to use a brass punch so you don't damage the sight. The sight is very easy to see now with the two dots; I just put a white dot on the front sight so I can just line up the three dots. Big improvement over the factory Auto Ordnance 1911 mill-spec sights.

    Great Rear Sight

Posted by Unknown on 16th Apr 2018

I used this rear sight on a 1911 build. I have this same sight on my other 1911 and have not had a problem. They have held up to the abuse of multiple days of side arm training and in every kind of weather and environment. Would recommend this sight.
