1. Introduction
This Shipping and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs shipping, delivery, risk of loss, returns, exchanges, refunds, export compliance, and related procedures for products purchased from Keng's Firearms Specialty, Inc. (“KFS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through any KFS-operated website, ecommerce platform, or service.
This Policy applies to all KFS brands and product lines, including Kensight, Versa-Pod, KFS-branded products, and any current or future KFS-operated site or service, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Shipping Policies
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Processed in the ordinary course of fulfillment.
- Expedited Shipping: Prioritized processing where operationally feasible.
KFS does not guarantee shipment or delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Processing and transit times may vary due to inventory status, compliance review, carrier availability, weather, or other factors.
Carriers
Orders may ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL (where appropriate), or freight carriers. Carrier selection is determined by KFS based on product type, destination, compliance, and operational considerations.
Risk of Loss
For U.S. domestic shipments, orders ship under shipment-contract terms unless otherwise required by law. Risk of loss generally transfers when the product is tendered to the carrier.
5. International Shipping & Export Compliance
International shipments, where accepted, ship Ex Works (EXW) Atlanta, Georgia unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with destination-country laws.
KFS products offered for export are generally classified as EAR99. KFS does not export firearms, serialized components, ITAR-controlled products, or PolyTech products through its ecommerce platforms.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior written authorization from KFS. Products returned without authorization may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
General Return Eligibility
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Product is new, unused, uninstalled, and resalable
- Original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
- Return is lawful and approved by KFS
Non‑Returnable Items
Custom, special-order, clearance, discontinued, used, modified, installed, or restricted products may be non‑returnable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after inspection and approval. Original shipping and third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless caused by a KFS error.
7. Warranty & Defective Products
Defective product claims may be handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty or KFS Warranty Policy. KFS may require inspection, documentation, or return authorization before approving any remedy.
8. Limitations of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KFS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping, delivery, returns, or product use. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to This Policy
KFS may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of KFS services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy, subject to applicable law.
