This Kensight Elliason-Style Rear Sight is Fully Adjustable for both windage and elevation, and is a faithful modern-day recreation of the original Elliason Sight used on the legendary Colt 1911 Gold Cup pistols. The rear sight body is Wire-EDM machined from 4140 Chrome Moly Steel that is then heat treated to a hardness of RC 38-40, and features precise click-adjustments that allow for reliable, consistent point of impact changes. Sight comes complete with a replacement hinge pin and springs. This Elliason Rear Sight is equipped with a Square Target Blade that is Fully Serrated to reduce glare, and provides a crisp, uncluttered sight picture that helps a shooter to maintain focus on the front sight post. This sight is compatible with pistols and revolvers supplied with factory original Elliason or Accro rear sights, such as the older Colt 1911 Gold Cup Series 70 & Series 80 guns, Pre-Series 70 Colt National Match, Colt Ace, Colt Python, Anaconda, King Cobra, Trooper, Diamondback, Officer's Model Match and Woodsman Target models. It will NOT fit Colt Delta models or newer recreations of the Colt Gold Cup 1911.
This does not fit the Colt Delta models, or the New 2020 Colt Pythons/Snake Guns.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind our products. All Kensight Sights are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. We guarantee our products against defects in material and construction. This limited lifetime warranty does not extend to normal signs of wear. It does not cover breakage, damage or rust due to misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, loss or theft. The warranty does not extend to damages cause by unauthorized repairs.
Any product we determine to be defective will be repaired or replaced solely at our discretion. To receive warranty repair or replacement, the owner must send the product to be evaluated by KFS Industries Warranty Services located at our Atlanta, Georgia headquarters. In addition to the provisions of this warranty, the owner may also have other rights that can vary by state. No other warranties are implied or expressed other than what is specifically stated here.
Warranty Service
All products returned to KFS Industries for a warranty claim must have prior approval of a KFS Customer Service employee in the form of a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA must be displayed on the exterior of the return carton. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused. The RMA number assigned will expire 30 days from date of issue. To obtain an RMA, please call the KFS Atlanta, Georgia headquarters at (404) 691-7611.

You must pay the shipping and insurance costs to return your product to KFS Industries Inc., and we will pay the shipping charges to return the product to your US address only. All International shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Upon receipt of a returned product, we will verify warranty coverage. If the product is not covered by warranty, KFS Industries Inc. will send you an estimate of the cost to repair your product prior to performing any services not covered.

Replacement sight for Colt Woodsman Match Target Gen 3
My sight blade after 50 years of punishment fell off in the woods and I could not find it. Bought this sight and had to machine the notch with a round file but it fits perfectly. This sight is much better quality and a huge upgrade for another 50 years.

Modern version of Colt Elliason rear sight
I’m old. I’ve shot Colt handguns since 1970. Always liked this rear sight on Gold Cups. I’ve changed all my Colt Aces, Pythons, and Officer Model Match to this sight configuration. The originals are gone. Yours is a faithful reproduction and works fine. The price is even better. Quality and workmanship is first class. I assume your other products work on other handguns as well. I only own Colts so I can’t help you with that!

Gold Cup rear sight
This is a high quality sight, comes with (two) thicker roll pins to attach. The sight notch is a little narrow for action shooting but fine for bullseye.

I have a 1973 Colt National Match Gold Cup 1911. The replacement sight fit perfect, and came with all the attaching hardware. I was very pleased with the ordering process, and received my sight in 5 days.

Colt Revolver Elliason Replacement Rear Sight
I have 6 Colt revolvers that were originally ordered new with the Colt Elliason sights. When one wore out after 3 decades of use, locating another was difficult for the discontinued revolver. I found Ken Sights on a Google search and ordered a replacement Elliason rear sight. Ken's Sight Elliason replacement rear sight is an outstanding product. Better than the original Colt Elliason rear sight. The added serrations help provide a cleaner sight picture in bright light conditions. Fit was perfect. Very impressive, cost was fairly priced too! Now, if Ken's would just make The three different one and two pin hole front Elliason sights life would be great. Please!

Clean ant thight sight picture.
Exchanged my 8 inch Anaconda rear sight. The factory sight have a wide notch that gives too muck air around the front sight, not the best for slow fire competition use. This exchange model gives a clear sight picture and with a tighter notch, its really nice. Easy fitting. Beware that the front sights may not fit your gun depending on model, Python and Anacondas have different hole spacing and shape.
